Return / Exchange Policy 

Due of our product nature and quality, and health of our consumer ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless JPEAUTY sends a different item that you did not order. In that case you can contact us over our social media, or via email for faster assistant so we can evaluate the issue.  

 

Damage/ Lost package 

JPEAUTY is all about serving good quality, therefore all orders are inspect upon before sent out. Once item have been sent out JPeauty is NOT responsible for any lost package. Prior to shipping out our order, we make sure your package is well packed and secure to avoid any damage during transit.

Please contact your local USPS for missing and late package arrival. 

 

Wrong address/  Wrong Item order

JPEAUTY is NOT responsible for any wrong purchase entry, please check your orders and quantity before processing to checkout. 

If you have notice that you have entered the wrong address you have 24 hours to email @servicejpeauty@gmail.com with an order number name, address. After the 24hr the order will be shipped to the address on file. We will always do our best to make sure you are  satisfied.
