SHIPPING POLICY

We ship orders Monday through Friday 8am- 5pm, and saturday 8am- 11:30 am. 

Order process take 1-3 business days, JPEAUTY works hard to make sure our Babes get their item asap. 

JPEAUTY do provide order number and tracking number with every order. All order information gets sent out to the email provide on file, and and text msg with order information  

Damage/ Lost package 

JPEAUTY is all about serving good quality service, therefore all orders are inspect upon before sent out. Once item have been sent out JPEAUTY is NOT responsible for any lost package. Prior to shipping out your order, we make sure your package is well packed and secure to avoid any damage during transit.

Please contact your local USPS for missing and late package arrival.
